These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Caddo Parish for the resolution of any disputes. 

SECURITY/PRIVACY 

DMI is committed to the protection of all personal information. We follow industry security standards and best practices when collecting personal information, both by phone and electronically, to ensure there is no unauthorized access and/or disclosure, and that information is not lost, altered or destroyed. 

DMI may gather personal information at the request of a partner institution. Such information will only be shared with the institution when specifically requested.
